Two glasses full of bliss

Kombucha is the perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. For those who haven't heard, kombucha is a tea fermented using a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. It's tasty and healthy. Also, it's ancient. People have been gulping this delicious quencher for millennia. The two specimens depicted here are also flavored with a splash of blueberry juice and ginger in one, and aloe in the other. I've brewed a few batches myself and hope to do it again soon.
